Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using Vopway services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Permitted use and prohibited use

Use the service only for lawful operational, collaboration, or communication purposes.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private data, or disrupt service availability.
Do not upload or transmit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or security-compromising content.

Account termination conditions

Vopway Ltd. may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unpaid balances, security threats, or material breaches of these terms. Users may also close their accounts subject to active billing or organization-admin constraints that are explained in-product.

Limitation of liability

Vopway is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vopway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party outages, user misuse, or unsupported devices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of applicable EU consumer and data-protection law where users are resident in the EU. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights of EU-resident consumers to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
